Wendy is the Managing Broker (VA) and Principal Broker (DC and MD) of award-winning brokerage Keller Williams Realty Metro Center, the leader in local market share and customer satisfaction. Wendy has been in real estate since 2004 and was negotiating deals for Fortune 500 companies as a lawyer in the District of the Columbia since 1999. Wendy was raised in the DC Metropolitan Area and has lived in Arlington since 1999. She has a law degree from Vanderbilt University and studied negotiation at Harvard’s Program on Negotiation and the Strauss Institute for Alternative Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University.

DC Metro Home Sales has earned the service industry’s coveted Angie’s List Super Service Award, reflecting an exemplary year of service provided to members of the local services marketplace and consumer review site in 2014.
“Only about 5 percent of the Real Estate companies in the DC Metro Area have performed so consistently well enough to earn our Super Service Award,” said Angie’s List Founder Angie Hicks. “It’s a really high standard.”
Angie’s List Super Service Award 2017 winners have met strict eligibility requirements, which include an “A” rating in overall grade, recent grade, and review period grade; the company must be in good standing with Angie’s List, pass a background check and abide by Angie’s List operational guidelines.
